ALICIA. Omg I’m not even exaggerating, COME TO CHARLUXE SPA Windsor. Amazing customer service. They ask questions throughout and make sure you are satisfied. They do everything you ask and they always try their best and it shows. I’ve never left their hands unsatisfied. They always go above and beyond my Pinterest inspiration. They replicate images and confirm quality with you. They’re super easy to talk to and always listen to your needs. This is my NO.1 salon before I go anywhere else I come to these guys. Never disappoint. And their new shop design and welcoming music and atmosphere just makes me want to stay here forever. I love how they make me feel. True artists in the building!!!

Ak estatica made sure that my hair is properly prepared before they started the process of dying the hair so I get the best result with the actual hair colour. The spa itself is gorgeously designed, spotless, and has such a calming atmosphere. I’ve had several different treatments now and every single one has exceeded expectations. The therapists really know their stuff and make you feel completely looked after. I feel so lucky to have this little slice of heaven right on my doorstep!
