1 /5 Carmen Sanchez: Poor service, wanted a French tip they had no colours and didn’t give me the colour I asked for. They cut my natural nail down soooo short, literally half of the nail, despite saying I didn’t want it cut, looks really bad now and the rude staff topped the whole experience off

1 /5 Hamza and Lucy Ismail: I had the worst experience in my life. Only one lady in shop can thread. I have had my eyebrows butchered today. They are thin and sore and I feel the lady done it for spite. I will never go to the shop again and I will be writing negative review until I hear she has been fired. She is always at the shop a young lady always on the second chair. She is unprofessional and rubbish at doing eye brows .she shouldn’t be working at all !!!!

1 /5 Benita Walugembe: I wouldn’t even give it a star. I have been to this hair saloon at least 3 times in my life and it’s been awful. I’ve tried to hope for the best every time and they’ve always failed to deliver. I’ve sent my brother once (why Would I even after my experience ) as his first experience plaiting his her it was embarrassing with the service he received. The ladies have no customer service skill. Everything they do is slow with no enthusiasm. They’re just there to get paid, clearly do not love their job. I went there recently out of desperation, they had no customers and I needed to get my hair done for an event that day. From what I gather, they are not educated on hair. By now they should know that using direct heat onto natural hair is damaging, I sat there and took it till it started to burn my scalp and I had to ask don’t they have some sort of hair serum for protection. I’m so fuming because they just don’t show any care for their customers. You walk in for assistance and they just stare at you like your an alien rather than approach you and then charge you at a ridiculous price… I’m so disappointed and embarrassed. I want to support black businesses, but some of their approach to work is a joke. Let’s do better. So surprised they’re still open even after lockdown. Close it down and give us something more useful!

1 /5 Deanna Parker: Terrible!!!!!!! Worst experience ever. I was there for 3 hours and left with no nails. The manager was rude. And told to move from were I was sitting. Not politely. Just "get up move over there" I then sit down to get my nails done they cut me. They were wonky. One nail wasnt stuck down properly. Half way through and had to get them removed. If I could give no stars I would.

1 /5 Shannon: Dont get your eyelashes done here they use two different glues on your lashes and it caused alot of painful irritation and they cover your lashes in far to much glue. I had to have them removed a day later and its left my eyes blurry and sore. Waste of money and time and dont apologise for there mistake or give me my money back nothing at all.
