Theyre now then only place I go to get my nails done as they last at least 3 weeks without fail. I normally just get a plain colour but this time I went for some nail art and love it! 100% recommend.

Deborah Porter Awful, in fact non existent customer service from this provider! I had a nail appointment booked for 20th August at 3pm, it was rescheduled without notification at 2.07pm on the day of the appointment, when we was already on our way to said appointment, I replied back to the email, no response. I emailed directly about my concerns and asked to reschedule at a time that was convenient for us, no response. This appointment was then rescheduled (without our request) again!! Until today there is no response and we did not receive our deposit back! I would definitely be in doubt to book with another Insta Nail Tech anytime soon!
