Ben Blume Ive been training with Max weekly for close to two years, and have thoroughly enjoyed every session. Max is always high energy, encouraging and motivating, and is great at pushing me so I keep seeing progress, whilst adapting our routine when needed (e.g. to support recovery when I broke my foot last year). Ive seen great progress over the time weve been training, and Max has also helped with devising home routines and has been knowledgable on other related topics like diet and posture at work.
