Max Wild Coaching -

Rating: 5 /5
Ben Blume Ive been training with Max weekly for close to two years, and have thoroughly enjoyed every session. Max is always high energy, encouraging and motivating, and is great at pushing me so I keep seeing progress, whilst adapting our routine when needed (e.g. to support recovery when I broke my foot last year). Ive seen great progress over the time weve been training, and Max has also helped with devising home routines and has been knowledgable on other related topics like diet and posture at work. Thanks!

Body By Me Pilates - Cockfosters

Ellie Jade I’ve gone to lots of Pilates studios and have never loved one more than this one. So clean, new and nice. Stephen is the most incredible instructor - providing amazing instructions and really pushing all of us. The best Pilates teacher out there!

Zone Recovery - 2 Coburg Rd

Amy Clarke Very helpful, friendly staff and the massage chair was great after being out for two weeks with a back injury to be able to come and use this after my first session back in the gym. Never had a massage chair like this. It applies pressure as well as the massage element. Arms, hands and feet included. And with the summer offer on at the moment it’s well worth it.

Horsted Health Club -

Rating: 3.9 /5
Langrish-Dixon Clare (CLD) We stayed recently at the hotel for a short break so got to use the health club as hotel residents. The dressing rooms are clean and large with separate cubicles for dressing after showering. It was a shame that when we were there the jacuzzi was out of order but this wasn’t a major issue as the indoor pool was fantastic. Really large and a great temperature for swimming lengths. The only issue I’d raise is that we did have to wait a while for our rhassoul mud treatment and there were no clear instructions on what to do as it was self led. I ended up asking but it still wasn’t clear but we enjoyed the treatment nonetheless and our skin was left feeling super soft afterwards. There is a lovely looking cafe in the spa which had a festive afternoon tea on offer but we didn’t get a chance to use this whilst we were there. All in all, I’d say that the spa facilities are good, especially for a hotel spa but staff did seem a little preoccupied / busy.
