I regularly facilitate Sound Baths at Yoga Reading and the place is welcoming, spacious and airy with lots of free parking. Highly recommended.

5 /5 Viviane Ghuys: Yoga Reading is an exceptional place to learn and practice yoga. Its welcoming, friendly and inclusive. All the teachers Ive had have taught me something new and helped me improve my practice. They are sound and genuine and they really know their stuff. I go to Ashtanga Self-Practice 3 times a week, you can learn at your own pace while sharing the space with people of all abilities from complete beginners to advanced yoginis. Teachers really know each of their student and give everyone personalised and tailored guidance. Ive learned so much and gone far beyond my expectations. My favorites teachers so far are Katia, Raili and Lily. ❤ One more thing, all the Ashtanga workshops (2-3×/year!) are top quality with the best teachers in the country.

5 /5 Naomi Bray: The mini winter retreat I attended at Yoga Reading recently was one of the best workshops I have attended for a long while! Katya & Lorena were so lovely, genuine, and knowledgeable, and led the session with so much care & compassion. The blend of meditation, breathwork, yin yoga, poetry and a sound bath were beautifully organised and guided, and I was so totally relaxed by the end that I was gently drifting into a state of sleep. The tasty little treats were a welcome bonus to finish with too! Thank you both so much for such a wonderful few hours, Im looking forward to the next workshop I can attend.

5 /5 Liam Cutler: I recently did the Level 1 beginners workshops here, and now a real regular in a mix of classes! The teachers here are wonderful, and always happy to show you how to improve your poses, or answer questions, which I really appreciate as a relative beginner. Getting into a regular practice is beginning to improve my wellbeing too, and I certainly feel much calmer now!

Every teacher and class is so unique that every day feels super different and the people I’ve met through the classes are lovely to see time and time again!
