My class was with Jack, and even though I’m not very experienced with fitness classes, he explained the routine clearly and made everything easy to follow. He caters to all ability levels and makes the session really enjoyable. Would give more stars if I could!

Nels P Great gym. Been coming just over a year and can say that I am thoroughly enjoying it. Would be good to have a bigger space so there is more access to facilities but overall, it works for what my goals and what I want to achieve. Staff are always great and helpful also.
