Eleanor Ketley I love this studio and recommend classes here to everyone all the time. Ive done hoop and pole classes, and a burlesque course - all brilliant. Its a wonderful community, very supportive, and with talented teachers. Were very lucky - everyone should try these classes!

Sergio Fernandes I can’t recommend this gym enough. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed into a friendly and supportive environment that makes training both enjoyable and motivating. The instructors are not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also patient and approachable – they break techniques down clearly and ensure everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners, can progress at their own pace. It’s been an amazing experience so far, and I’m genuinely excited every time I step on the mats. If you’re thinking of trying Jiu Jitsu, this is the place to do it!

matthew newing Great place to start jiu jitsu. To anyone thinking of trying it, I can highly recommend Ascend. Real nice atmosphere, its clean and the instructors are friendly and very knowledgable. The club members are just as friendly as the staff and are always trying to help.

Dean Spurrell Fantastic club. My son (10) has loved going. Not only has he learnt basic moves, he has also been taught important life skills like respect, integrity, perseverence and courtesy. Could not rate them more highly.

b kartal When my non verbal autistic child s local swimming lesson was cancelled while we were on our way at 6pm on a weekday evening, King Alfred was the only place that offered drop in fun sessions that time of evening within reasonable travel distance from us. Even though the centre is an old building, I didnt see any hygiene issues with the pool area. We will be back.
