1 /5 Sally Raynor: The Portslade Sports Centre has exhibited significant management issues, raising concerns about cleanliness and overall operational standards. Additionally, the managerial conduct has been described as disruptive and overbearing, undermining the professional atmosphere of the establishment. The facilitys condition is particularly alarming given its use by schools, reflecting poorly on its suitability for accommodating such clientele. Furthermore, attempts to address these issues through social media were met with censorship, epitomising a concerning lack of transparency and accountability within the management. Because of this experience, the decision has been made by me to avoid using the services of Freedom Leisure in the future. Furthermore, the encounter with a staff member was marred by a perceived lack of adherence to standard customer service protocols, further contributing to the unfavourable impression of the establishment and its operations. Even more seriously, they breached my data protection rights, breaching the GDPR Data Protection Regulations. I hope Freedom Leisure doesnt take over the new King Alfred Leisure Centre.
