Margarita is a complete expert but she creates a warm, friendly and unpressurised environment. Her tips are practical and flexible to each participant.

She has helped me to stay active throughout my pregnancy and supported me to manage some pregnancy related aches and pains. Alongside this, she creates a relaxing and welcoming space for some much needed ‘me’ time as well as teaching valuable breathing techniques and labour preparation activities. I have met some wonderful women through the class who are so supportive and I know will be friends once our babies arrive. Thank you Margarita!

5 /5 T B: I have attended Margarita’s pre-natal yoga class and then the mum and baby yoga classes with my daughter over the past year. I could not recommend both these classes enough. Margarita is so warm, welcoming and lovely, and is testament to why I have done so many of her classes. My daughter has loved the classes too! I made some lovely friends from the sessions, thanks again to the friendly space that Margarita creates.

They helped me stay active and comfortable throughout my third trimester, and also prepared me for delivery with useful breathing techniques. The sessions were a lovely way to socialise, and the organised brunch was a wonderful opportunity to meet other expecting mums.
