Colette Dove I really enjoy the range of classes to choose from here at Chrome Cave where pole classes, heels choreos, flow, silks, workshops, training days and calisthenics are taught in small groups by Bella, Lawrence and Ella. It’s a friendly environment and teaching too is encouraging and friendly. There is a callisthenics studio and a pole studio which has 5 floor to ceiling poles and is bright and pretty. Always good!
Ruth Crofford The pod is one of my happy places, such fantastic sessions with the best instructors; Melina, Emma, Christie and Sam. Highly recommend the sessions for anyone who wants to feel great inside and out.

Spoke to Julian M who kindly helped me arrange a complex delivery due having a health condition and needing some vital equipment to help get me better. He was very empathetic, gave me all the options, answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision for me. Im very excited and more importantly reassured, confident and would recommend anyone who needs help to speak to him.

In addition to the gym the membership includes Squash Court, Tennis Courts, two swimming pools one inside and out. Steam room and Sauna.
There are many classes which are included within the membership and the staff are informative and knowledgeable but most importantly happy to help at all times.
