Eleanore Manning Kiba’s sports knowledge and ability to motivate is second to none. He caters the boot camp for every ability, whilst focusing on form to make sure no body is injured. A brilliant way to begin the day, would definitely recommend!

Ross Kelly Nice size pool, different depths for kids and adult lanes for swimming. Kids pool separate for little ones. Jacuzzi and sauna and steam room too which was very nice as well

Chris G This is a first class studio that caters for all levels in a friendly, professional and encouraging manner. I’ve been doing the Gentle Pilates sessions which are the right mixture of challenging but achievable exercise. Everyone in the group is supported in an encouraging way, whatever the level they are at in their journey. Great coaches and coaching!

Sara Mennani Great local gym! Fantastic instructors who really care. Classes are in small groups so need to book early. My favourite instructors include Gabriella, Jordan, Joseph! Gabriella’s classes are really good and I’ve definitely seen an improvement in my body since attending her classes, plus they’re just so fun and well structured!

Jonathan Deutsch Really impressed by Amanda and Bend Fit Mend. I am a very active cyclist, but my flexibility (like many people) is extremely poor. The weekly stretch sessions with Amanda are ideal for improving my flexibility - plus the relaxation part before returning to the office is my weekly treat! Ive also had a one-2-one sports massage which I highly recommend and will use again. Im reluctantly recommending Amanda to everyone as I dont really want the secret to get out!
