The sessions are fun and so good to feel the burn, you definitely feel it the next day! Trudi is a great teacher and so motivating, I can’t wait to get started with the Monday sessions again!

Jade Wise My son joined last year with little to no confidence and poor self esteem. All of the senseis have encouraged, supported, taught and disciplined him and I can not thank them enough. Theyve continued to point him in the right direction and given him the confidence and belief in himself he so needed. His fitness levels have improved massively and he now enjoys being active and learning, whilst having fun in a really family focused environment.
