2 /5 Hannah McMillan: Before booking, I asked for BIAB in advance, which she confirmed. However, was given acrylics instead. Only realised a week afterwards as it was my first time getting BIAB done and didn’t really know what it looked like - when I raised it, the only offer was a free removal straight away, which would have left me out of pocket for the £50 I’d just spent on the set. Appointment was also pushed back to the next day at the last minute (like an hour before the initial appointment), and the set felt rushed at the end with small mistakes (had Ghostface from scream on the thumb, one had eyebrows, one didn’t). Design was really nice, and I assume she was having an off day or something due to the other reviews being so good! However, i’m now stuck with nails I don’t want and which are likely to have already damaged my natural nail, which was healthy before.
