Calvin Gittens I am absolutely thrilled with my decision to join BCUK I signed up at the start of February 2024 as a new year resolution, and I can honestly say it is the best decision I have made! Robbie, the instructor, is fantastic. His friendly and supportive nature really stands out, making each session not just a workout but a motivating experience. He has a remarkable ability to bring out the best in all members, regardless of their fitness levels. He is very passionate and supportive. I always look forward to the sessions, something I never thought Id say about a fitness class. The whole group is incredibly welcoming and friendly, making every workout feel great. If youre unsure about joining, just go for it! You won’t regret it. Everyone is here for different reasons, and no matter your shape or size, you’ll feel right at home. Taking this step will be the best step you will make.

Katherine Bourne I’ve been attending Jace’s Sweaty Mama classes for 3 months now and have been loving it! It’s really helped me get back into exercise following the birth of my baby and has allowed me to meet other like-minded mums, too. Excited to continue these classes as my baby grows! Would 100% recommend!

Tony Payne Went here for the first time this morning and its a really good place for the little ones to play. The play area is fenced off and there are loads of different toys for them to use, requiring minimum supervision from parents. There are plenty of tables outside of the play area and some have couches which is more comfortable than a hard chair if you are going to be there for a couple of hours. Everything is clean and the staff are lovely and friendly. Food and drink is available if you want. I highly recommend it if you want to keep small children occupied, especially if its a wet day.

Liz Sheffield Ive been to Sues classes for a long time. She is a lovely person and a great teacher. You take the movements at your own pace so her classes are great whether your an old hand or total beginner. Definitely recommend.

Emmanuel Koroma This place is filled with strangers who acts like family. Gym equipments are perfect for all exercises I’ve been doing. A place I would recommend.
