1 /5 Adam Prioletti: Just gone to use the gym today. My original membership with active nation was £110 for the year for just their tiny gym. I’ve gone in today to be informed that my membership expired and to renew would be £380 a year or £40 a month. No matter what I’d have to have a plan that would cover all three of their gyms. Absolutely terrible offer for someone who just uses their one location for the gym only. So disappointed with this new take over

5 /5 Tony Payne: Went here for the first time this morning and its a really good place for the little ones to play. The play area is fenced off and there are loads of different toys for them to use, requiring minimum supervision from parents. There are plenty of tables outside of the play area and some have couches which is more comfortable than a hard chair if you are going to be there for a couple of hours. Everything is clean and the staff are lovely and friendly. Food and drink is available if you want. I highly recommend it if you want to keep small children occupied, especially if its a wet day.

3 /5 Trudy Martin: I do like this gym, a bit small, though, and I wish there was more circuit training, and not just on a Saturday morning!! Its quite popular. Would be nice to have some Circuit training at the quays also. Staff friendly, and its clean.

4 /5 Lauren Wilton: Staff are very friendly, the building has some well kept facilities. It offers a variety of classes and activities. The car park is a very good size as it does get busy. Ive thoroughly enjoyed using the gym which is kept at a nice temperature and offers some well kept equipment. The only thing I will say is that the sink water temperature in the ladies toilet is very hot, sometimes too hot to use and the pressure of the taps is a bit all over the place. One likes to give you a shower and another doesnt give you enough water. But other than that a great Leisure Centre.

Vikkiee Bennett This facility in the hotel in open until 10pm. We cant fault this pool, when we went we were the only people in there so had the whole place to ourselves. The pool is shallow enough to touch the floor at both ends so much safer for children & nonswimmers like myself. The hottub was lovely too, only downside is the staff have to turn it on from behind their desk so you may have to wait until they see you in there or go find someone. The Sauna & Steamroom also really great. At the time we visited, the showers in the changing rooms had no hot water buy we simply showered on our rooms before & after instead, complimentary towels are always offered to hotel guests, simply ask at reception.
