5 /5 Rojin May: Ive been a loyal customer for 3 years, and I recommend this place as much as I can because results are always amazing. Their needle epilation service is so worth itttttt! Even though Im not the most consistent (I usually manage 1 or 2 sessions a month), I can confidently say that if you remain consistent, youll reach your dream results way faster. Each session makes a noticeable difference, and I always leave those doors with a boost of confidence. They also offer other great procedures. Mercan is extremely passionate about her work and always looks for ways improve her clients experience and provide with ONLY the best. Her team is equally kind and professional. Overall a great atmosphere.

Ms. Mercan is truly someone who does her job with love and seriousness and offers the most appropriate procedures. Months have passed since I had the procedure, and my face looks absolutely amazing. She get back to my calls and try to help me out via messaged than she arranged another appointment to see the problem. She did whatever she couldve done to make me happy and solve the problem. On the top of it she offered me to refund the money as well. She is a good listener and she is good at job. One of those people you can trust fully and she loves what she is doing. The staff members and very friendly and helpful as well. In terms of hygiene and equipment I can easily say everything is great. Once again, thank you Velina Beauty (Miss. Mercan, she is the owner).
