OZLEM DURSUN I have been coming here since it opened. I have always had exceptional customer service. All The staff are customer orientated and do their job well. I have had a facial with Shima, she is really gentle and I was very pleased with it and will definitely have it done again. I am having lazer with Hatun and I have had no bad experience, she is really good at what she does. Overall, this place and the team are all amazing and very friendly and approachable. I never been to a place like this before.

I’m usually offered tea and some biscuits and sweets. Jin is particularly good at nails, especially a French manicure. I now get biab and it lasts 3-4 weeks easily with no chipping.
