Not only her expertise in the field but her addition of massage & soon to be osteopathy enables her to have a completely holistic & intrinsic approach to fitness. Vicky will not only help you achieve your goals & potential she will ensure that you use the correct methods to avoid injury, build strength, stamina & ensure that the correct exercises are used for each persons abilities & body types. She is the absolute best at what she does!

5 /5 M Power: Really excellent Pilates teacher. Victoria is also trained in osteopathy and uses this really effectively to pinpoint musculoskeletal problems and suggest ways to help and/or correct them. She helped me keep things together before a hip replacement operation. I would absolutely recommend her.

Ive known her for twenty years, and she helped me through various issues (eg, ankle sprain, lower back pain, hernia, frozen shoulder, post-brain tumour recovery) in the most knowledgeable way.
