1 /5 Susan: I attended tonights yoga class and the room was FREEZING! After the class was finished the instructor taking over tonights class along with the attendees went to the front desk to complain. The attendant at the desk was over at the cafe chatting away with its staff. When we addressed him to tell him it was freezing. The cafe attendant smiled and TRIED to dismiss our valid complaint and blamed the instructor for not mentioning to heat the room before hand! The class schedule is available online, was he too busy chatting away with his chum that he couldnt be bothered to look at the schedule? This was not a high intensity class. After his rude encounter, the front desk personnel had the audacity to say the room was at 21 degrees! Not a chance, ask anyone in that class. Before you come with we cant find your membership, I am a member. The only good aspect of this gym is the instructors. Maybe speak to your staff and fix the leak in the gym studio so that there isnt a bucket in the middle of classes to catch the drips from the ceiling.

1 /5 Junna Alitagtag: Filthy and sad looking gym. Most of the lockers are broken. I went here for their lady only area but that’s too small and lack of equipment. Managers definitely need customer service training, the staff were polite and helpful though. They also advertise low membership fee but increase it afterwards. Maybe it’s a strategy otherwise they will start on their new fees now, I can still see their posters everywhere with low membership fee etc…

5 /5 Ravi Dhillon: Lovely big gym with all the equipment needed to build a nice body. Was my first day, staff was excellent, very friendly & professional. Affordable to, compared to other gyms in the London area.

4 /5 Z k: Overall the gym is very big and spacious and this is the first time I have seen the size this big, there are different variety of machines and equipment’s for everyone. The staff is really amazing,when I first came in it was really busy and suffering from anxiety made it worse. The amazing gentlemen who had calmed me down and had checked up on me the next day was really helpful. All the staff are very welcoming. There is multiple classes you can attend without having to upgrade or pay extra for membership which is great. There is plenty of parking space but when its busy its best to check before leaving. However, only one shocking and disappointing part is the female gym which is very small and hoping if something could be done to extend it. The main gym the two stair masters is out of order and hoping if something could be done. The lockers are very good and can safely store my things without having to worry about anything. Overall I am happy. :)

1 /5 Mo A: Unfortunately, my experience has not been good. It has been a couple of months since I last attended this gym. While I can see that the new ownership may be trying to improve things, there are still several serious issues that need addressing. The men’s toilets and showers are extremely dirty and clearly overdue for refurbishment. A new café doesnt cover up the stench and filthiness of the mens bathroom. The water fountain has visible mould, and many of the lockers are broken or unusable. While the MMA/boxing area is a welcome upgrade, it is not accessible to regular paying members, which is disappointing. Additionally, there is a staff member who is rude. Ive had a few queries at the front desk and she seems to care more about her phone. She is eastern European. Having read other reviews, I’ve also noticed that the owner’s responses tend to be sarcastic and dismissive, often attempting to invalidate feedback rather than acknowledge it. This approach is unhelpful to himself and the gym. Searching our google review names on your database to invalidate a customers experience is pathetic. Most people have abbreviated names on email accounts If the owner genuinely wants to turn this gym around, the focus should be on making meaningful improvements rather than deflecting criticism. Basic cleanliness, functional facilities, respectful staff, and good customer experience are essential. I would recommend taking inspiration from The Gym Group down the road to understand the standard members expect. This is London, not Mumbai.
