Jourdan I’m the owner of Mamba Boxing Club in Milford, Connecticut USA dedicated to Roger Mayweather. I know Ashley from the years watching him train when I would visit Roger to get coached by him. He’s one of the most stand up people you will ever meet. Champions aren’t made they say, they are born. Ashley has the heart and soul of a champion and the skill to go along with it. He knows what it is to be in the square circle and his gym in the UK is dedicated to helping kids achieve their dreams in and outside the ring. If you are in the area or even within 100’s of miles it’s a great place to learn the sport inside out, and for the UK you will get a taste of midwestern style boxing which is something anyone who trained in the Mayweather camp learned and Ashley was one of the best of them to learn it directly from Floyd himself. Check this place out, you won’t regret it!

Roopa Ninja I recently joined F45, and I’m already so impressed! From day one, the atmosphere has been welcoming, motivating, and full of positive energy. The coaches are fantastic—they give clear guidance, help with technique, and make sure everyone feels comfortable. One thing I really love is that you can go at your own pace. It was quite daunting at first as I hadnt tried intense circuit training before and used to do some basic weights training at home. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, the workouts are adaptable, and the coaches encourage you to focus on what feels right for your body. Every session is different, challenging, and fun, which makes it easy to stay excited and committed. The app is great as it gives a glimpse of the workouts for each class and you can choose what works best for you and also mix it up for weeks where you feel experimental. The hybrid sessions imo feel a bit more intense than the resistance training so best to balance them out if youre a beginner like me. Highly recommend!

My personal trainer : Laura Berezovska, A special mention goes to Miss Laura Berezovska, my personal trainer. She’s professional, highly knowledgeable, and truly motivating. Laura takes the time to understand your goals and designs each session to challenge you while keeping it enjoyable. Her attention to technique and her supportive approach make every workout effective and rewarding. I’ve seen real progress since training with her and genuinely look forward to each session. Highly recommend both the gym and Laura to anyone serious about improving their fitness and overall wellbeing.

The gym seems clean even at busiest timings and the staff is polite and helpful. Erin is the one that took care of me and my husband. She showed us around and help us with the joining procedures. She also recommended us PTs and reached out to them for us. Thank you Erin! Super kind and friendly! So far so good! Happy to be part of the club!

Rabiul I’ve been going to Obi for just over 9 months and he’s been a huge positive impact on my life. He doesn’t cut corners and just get the session done. Pays attention to detail and makes sure that I grow at my own pace whilst pushing me. Obi is also flexible and available throughout the week which is great for when things get busy. Beyond that, it’s never awkward or uncomfortable and he’s a sound guy. Hard to find a coach like this.
