1 /5 Amri: Ive been here a few times and it was good but unfortunately this is the last time Ill come here. I came in Friday for a simple design, I showed a staff member the reference images - who suggested that they could do the cat faces and other elements - I figured they offered because they believed to do a good job. Now I see it was just an excuse to get more money.
I tried to tell them to remove the designs, they said that it was nearly finished and to keep them. I really hate looking at my nails now... I felt too intimidated to fight for a refund. I also had an appointment after so theres not much I couldve done.
The designs are uneven and sloppy, I wanted the calico pattern on the white background and not the pink. No idea why the nail tech thought it would look better otherwise... Im looking elsewhere for any future manicures.
Edit: I have added comparison pictures as I was told that my nails dont look that bad (from a staff member who called me).
Edit 2: They keep calling me, I dont want to talk to them and have told them Im not feeling well today. Only way I will take this review down is a full refund. I will not be returning. Stop calling me.

- I agree that I was offered to come back to have my nails redone in solid colours for free but thats not what I wanted in the first place therefore Im refusing.
- Cameras dont show what people think or feel, my father passed away recently, did the cameras pick up my sadness? I did this to treat to myself. I said that I didnt like the nails but was met with resistance.
- I understand you have a high rating, I didnt want to do this. I genuinely liked your services in the past and would tell my friends about this location. But please note that you have 1 star reviews which are very similar to mine.
- Im not actually expecting you to refund me. It was incredibly frustrating being called so many times when Ive not been feeling well and I told you that.
