1 /5 N C: Disappointing experience to be honest which is a shame. I expected better from Luisa today. When I arrived, Luisa asked me what eyelash style I wanted, and I was very specific in stating the type of lash curl that I wanted. However, to my surprise, Luisa did a completely different style which I specifically said that I did NOT want. Each lash curl and lash type gives a different look, and what I ended up with was NOT what I was going for as I explained at the start of my appointment. When I asked Luisa why she did my lashes completely different to what I had asked for, she said that she doesn’t know, and that I was late etc. What’s even more strange is that the lashes that I did request for were in stock as confirmed by Luisa, so it was just bizarre that she didn’t use them, even though she told me she would. It’s even more bizarre that she didn’t have a valid reason for not doing the style that I asked for. It was as if she just couldn’t be bothered. Lashes started falling off same day. To be honest the customer service needs some work. I wasn’t listened to as the customer and I felt ignored. Furthermore, the lashes have ruined the look I had planned for upcoming events, and I didn’t even get an apology.

5 /5 jude kendall: Had a fantastic experience today with gorgeous Darcy. She did an amazing job dealing with a terrible set of lashes I had from a different place a week ago. She was so gentle and welcoming and completely empathised with my shocking experience and being new to London. The atmosphere was great, loved the music, the air fragrance, the chit chat and the end result. Darcy, you have a new loyal client. Thankyou!!

2 /5 Bananacocktails: Not very happy with my lashes -only had them in for six days before they all started falling out, I am on holiday and I treated them very well. Now I’m with patchy eyelashes. I paid £65 to have eyelashes for just six days My left eye is completely without eyelashes Secondly, when the lash tech was finished, she got up and left the treatment without a word and I was left sitting there, wondering if she was coming back. I sat there on my own for about 15 minutes before I got up and went to the front of the shop where I saw her sitting in there apparently waiting for me to get my things . The whole experience only lasted about an hour obviously the lashes weren’t done properly. They used fans instead of individuals and I don’t think she’s ( Danielle ) as experienced as the reviews say . I also asked for a cat eye type design to help you, the illusion of lifted out of corners of my eyes and when I stood up, she had placed the lashes very low at the start of the eyelid, which then gave my eyes a droopier rounded appearance. I wouldn’t recommend, and I’m not even going to bother asking her to fix them
