Jinal, Tanvi, and Ivanka are my absolute favourite nail technicians — they’re incredibly kind, professional, and attentive to detail. My nails always turn out exactly how I want them, and they consistently take the time to make sure I’m happy with the result. The atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and welcoming. Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for quality nail care and great customer service!

4 /5 Snigdha Banani: I had a waxing appointment at Urban Rose Beauty (Wembley Park) with Priya and she was genuinely great - professional, thorough, and the waxing itself was really good. I’d happily book with her again. However, the management/administration side has been really disappointing. I’ve been chasing the management team since 11th November, and whenever I’ve needed a response (whether it’s refund-related or even just pricing queries), replies are very slow and I’ve had to follow up multiple times. If they improved their communication and turnaround time, this place would be much better - the service in the treatment room is strong, but the back-and-forth with management lets it down.

The treatment was done with great care, attention to detail, and professionalism. Shout out to Priya . The staff were kind, and the results were amazing. I felt genuinely relaxed and well looked after. I would highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for quality beauty services in Wembley. The only small downside was that we felt a bit pressured to provide card details to secure our appointment. Since we were traveling from abroad, we were hesitant to make an advance payment through an email we weren’t fully sure about. Apart from that, everything else was perfect we left extremely happy with the service and results.

The salon has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff always make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. A special mention to Priya, who is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely accommodating. She always ensures I’m relaxed and well taken care of, and she does my Brazilian wax perfectly every time—quick, precise, and as painless as possible.
