Lucy K I’ve visited this salon several times and have received services from different technicians. Most recently, I had BIAB applied, but the application was rushed and quite thick. Within three days, the corners began lifting and chipping, and I had it removed within a week.
The same technician who applied the BIAB—she wears glasses—also handled the removal. Unfortunately, her attention to detail was poor. She worked roughly, often digging her nails into my skin while filing or painting, and her demeanor was unwelcoming, making me feel like an inconvenience.
This experience has left my nails bruised from excessive filing and drilling, and I’ve decided this will be my last visit to the salon.
I guess this just proves that cheap doesn’t always mean great.
