5 /5 Lee Murray: The team at Unleashed are so welcoming. As an individual returning to exercise, they made me feel really comfortable coming back into a gym environment. The extra bonus for me, are the additional walking/trekking trips which Unleashed organise. For me combining gym work with these outdoor activities, provides me with an lifestyle experience I havent been able to find before. I would highly recommend joining the Unleashed Performance community to anyone like myself, new to the area.

From day one, James and the whole team were welcoming, supportive, and really flexible in helping me get back into fitness. The training sessions were high quality, and I genuinely saw great benefits in a short space of time. The atmosphere is motivating, the coaches really care, and you feel like part of a community. If I had stayed in Reading longer, I would have definitely continued my membership. 5 /5 Hernan Pereyra: I joined the gym a month ago, and since then everyone has been really friendly and welcoming. James answered all of my questions, and all the coaches made me feel very welcome. I really enjoy the group exercise sessions because it feels like having a personal trainer with you, they motivate you and push you to do your best. The coaches also check in with you regularly about your progress and goals, which is really encouraging. The facilities are clean and well maintained, which makes the whole experience even better
