Nicole Mallin Amazing experience for many years now. Lisa is very welcoming and does beautiful nail designs. All the staff are calm mannered and polite. It feels relaxing and not rushed at all.

Elo’s travels It was my first time visiting after looking at the reviews decided to give it a go. The service was wonderful the moment we walked in, with drinks being served as its bank holiday weekend! The nail technicians are highly experienced and take their time to listen, also depending what your preferences are and work with it. Loved it!

angela Jhumat Not sure why my nail salon has such a low rating... i have been coming here for the past year and they have been nothing but short of wonderful. i do however book in advance and i ask for the same nail technician each month - Fan. We do not talk much but he does a great job, very artistic and always leaves me happy. i tend to go for short acrylics and if i choose a design that wont fit or he does not have the exact colour, he will tell me and i will choose something else. They also have a loyalty scheme which is nice - not that i have used it yet. Anyway, this is not sponsored or anything - i just think they are really good.

Luisa Cappelli Maria is an amazing nail tech, I have been doing my nails for a long time and I never had to stick to only one person. I drive from Basildon to her every time and Im not going to change her from anybody. If you dont want to smell horrible odors, come to her she uses almost odorless products

Jaspal Babra I’ve been coming to Joanne now for almost 9 months for electrolysis and the results have been excellent. Prior to this, the treatment I was receiving elsewhere was not of a high standard and I’m so glad I found Joanne. I would recommend her to anyone!
