shiza Sidd I had an amazing experience at this parlour! I got my lashes done and a HydraFacial, and I’m so happy with the results. The place is clean, relaxing, and very welcoming. Shabnum, the owner, is absolutely lovely, professional, kind, and really knows what she’s doing. I highly recommend this parlour.
Sabiha Rahman My first time going here after my husband sent me for a luxury mani & pedi. Such amazing service and attention to detail! She also noticed my eyebrows were not right and took care of me. I’ve found my new eyebrow lady finally :) Preet is a perfectionist and her work shows it. Room for improvement would be one time use utensils so it’s more hygienic and possibly some music for customers? It’s a small shop so it’s normally one customer at a time in ilford so music would be great. Can’t wait to come again and definitely want to look at Hydro Facials!! Definitely would recommend this place.
Kirandeep Kaur I’ve been having BIAB done for roughly two years now across London but only moved to PNB late January 2024. Comparing the experience to other nail salons I use, the service is beyond amazing and supersedes others in terms of service, professionalism, talent and value for money. Having gone for a few months now I can without a doubt say this is the best salon for nails. The staff are all so lovely and despite having so many clients they still remember me which just goes to show how focused they are on customer satisfaction. The salon itself is so clean and aesthetic also which does make you feel happy to come in. Simran who does my nails always pays the most attention to the whole process (cleaning nails, cutting etc) and then the design process- her attention to detail is unmatched. I genuinely love coming here and am always so excited to work with her to get colourful nail sets :) Overall 11/10. Recommend her to everyone! Just make sure to book in because they are so busy!
