Laura Duffy I have been going to classes at 4 the love of barre for 18 months and it’s fair to say I’ve got the bug! The classes are really fun, a great workout and there’s such a friendly atmosphere in the group. I’d thoroughly recommend to anyone thinking about giving it a try no matter your fitness level - the instructors are really welcoming and accommodating. Best exercise class around!!

Mira D My kids really like this place, they enjoy the judo classes, they are happy with their teachers, my son has been coming for over 2 years, really likes it here. He’s become more confident & judo really helped him - especially knowing a few judo techniques when he was bullied at school. It’s also really good at making the kids stronger as they exercise at the beginning. They also play dodge ball at the end. The lesson is 1 hour long & you can pay as you go, £ 8 in cash. I believe judo classes are on Tuesday, Thursday evenings & Saturday morning. They also do other martial art classes. Parking available on the local streets.

Alex Luff I’ve now completed the 6 week challenge and enjoyed every minute with a great bunch of people! So much so I’ve signed up to carry on! I was worried that I wasn’t going to be able to keep up but the groups are so varied in age & ability I never felt left out. I would highly recommend Fli Fitness to anyone who wants to get into a steady fitness routine that never feels like a chore, and leaves you feeling great after doing it! I’ve really noticed the results in myself but it’s great being told by other people that they have also noticed the change. Thanks Steve & co!
