Specifically, there is an individual named Andrea who exhibits unprofessional behaviour. My recent experience with Andrea was extremely disappointing; when I politely requested that she follow my instructions this time, she reacted defensively. In a previous appointment, I had concerns about the results, as I left with hair remaining on my face despite paying a premium for the service. Rather than addressing my feedback, Andrea suggested I seek services elsewhere and did not acknowledge that her service was poor the previous time. During my previous visit, I raised a concern regarding an accidental cut to my brow. Unfortunately, my feedback was not acknowledged, despite my prompt communication and the photo I provided. Instead, I was advised to return to the salon. However, I felt that revisiting was unnecessary, as I believed there wouldnt be a resolution, even though there were still hair remnants, I did not find it worthwhile to continue this back-and-forth. The defensive demeanour displayed was neither appropriate nor warranted.
I have been a loyal customer for approximately six years, and I am disappointed to see a decline in the quality of service provided to long-standing clients. I gradually decreased my waxing appointments due to unsatisfactory service, which may explain the lack of professionalism I have experienced.
