Reno Messina I was introduced to Emily by my wife. After sustaining back to back football related muscle injuries my physio suggested they may be due to muscle tightness linked to an increase in working from home. My physio suggested I take up Pilates to maintain muscle flexibility and core strength. When I started, Emily took time to understand my needs and tailored a Pilates plan to help. My progress has been amazing. Not only have I seen a big improvement in my flexibility and core strength but I have been injury free since starting Pilates. All thanks to Emily.

Sheridan Barton I originally started training with Mai to build up my fitness and stamina for long distance running. Over 2 years later I’ve ditched the running and re-focussed on full body cardio, weights and spin! I’m fitter than I ever have been and my self confidence has grown. I wouldn’t have been able to handle lockdown without Mai’s online sessions and classes. Mentally stimulating and physically punishing, I can’t ever imagine not training with Mai! Thank you!!

TJ S Signed up to Inferno a couple of months back and Ive had a great experience so far. Luke and the team are super friendly and knowledgeable. Facilities are also great - it has everything you need and is never uncomfortably full whatever time of day you go unlike a lot of other gyms. 100% recommend for anyone looking for a different approach to fitness

Jay B. Venue for the Channel VAS PSA Squash tournament. Great venue, hospitality and organisation. Also home to the St Georges Hill premier league squash team. Well worth a visit during league matches.

Laura da gama I have been going to the pure gym in Byfleet since it opened, and its a great gym and definitely good value for money. Theres lots of equipment, and its a huge space so even at the busiest times, theres always a place to go and equipment to use! I usually take the Tuesday morning class with Leah, who is a really good trainer and her classes are always super fun. Special shout out also to Sam - an amazing trainer and always goes out of his way to say hello. Couldnt recommend it more!
