Xander Shrewsbury Forgotten Circus School has kept me sane these past few months! Ive been doing regular hoop classes and recently did a 1 week intensive and have learned so many skills, got my body in a much better shape and leave feeling amazing. Everyone is so friendly and positive and its a really nice space. Cant recommend enough

Adrian Clarke Ive been a regular with Pete at Phys Training for nearly two years now and would 100% recommend him to anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness. Initially I wanted a weight training plan to complement my mountain biking and someone to make sure I was lifting the weights correctly. Two years later Im lifting considerably more weight and seeing the benefits not just in my riding but day to day life too. As Ive progressed Pete has adapted my program and given me the confidence to workout solo between Phys Training sessions. Ive never stuck with any exercise routine for so long and now cant imagine giving it up.

Rocio I’m so happy I discovered Belly Dance as part of In8Spaces new offering. The teacher, Claudia, is a wonderful woman, a great dancer and a box of surprises with a huge experience in the field. In addition, she has special skills to make people feel safe and earn confidence on the dance floor. In our classes, there is time for sharing how we feel, listening and supporting each other and, of course, dancing! I’m learning that Belly Dance is more than a dance, but a way of healing, empowering yourself, and joy! We’re creating good vibes! Thanks to everyone involved!!
