1 /5 Madeleine Jones: She didn’t ask where to cut my nails down to but straightaway did it and cut so far down it was painful - to where my nail bed is. I said stop and don’t do any more nails so short (even though the hands are different, I’d rather not have all my fingers in pain). You can see my left hand how far down away from the end of my fingers. When filing, half the strokes the file didn’t touch the nail and gain grip, it was flying off into space. She used the wooden cuticle pusher but again I had to stop her as she was just pushing on top of the cuticle against the skin fold so the cuticle wasn’t actually being pushed back and my skin fold was just getting hurt. Then she painted and most nail technicians don’t have to fix every single nail because they got paint all over the place. Have a look at these photos, these edges are a complete mess.

1 /5 Alexia Eva: For a “luxury nail salon” these results are shocking… I traveled 2 hours to go to this salon thinking it would be lovely but unfortunately the results are absolutely unacceptable! The nail artist clearly had no experience at all and needs training… a 5 year old would have done a better job. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

2 /5 Miriam Caterina Wahl: It’s not worth it. I was expecting a high level service and a really good manicure. Manicurist was behind schedule, although I was her last client that day and her colleague was still busy, she rushed through my manicure, constantly checking her time. My manicure is lifting since day 8, some tip corners chipped two days later. Colour is much darker as expected as she insisted on three layers. Top coat is missing on a few tips. Nail beds are overflowing with product and wonky. Now after 13 days the top coat is scratched and matte (never happened to me at any other salon) and I don’t even use my hands for anything ‘rough’ like cleaning or similar.

5 /5 Iman 22: I went into the Richmond townhouse branch to get a luxury pedicure and had a great experience. I had my pedicure done by Krutika, she provided fantastic service and gave me a great massage - I was feeling incredibly relaxed afterwards and was almost falling asleep during the massage because it was so relaxing! Really happy with my treatment and will definitely be back.
