Based on his recommendation, I’ll be booking a facial with Amy next. I highly commend the entire Beauty Spot team and strongly encourage others to book with Ricky—he’s truly one of the best therapists I’ve ever encountered.

2 /5 James: If you’re looking for or are used to a relaxing, quality spa-like experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place to you. Staff are friendly and helpful. Products seemed very cheap (normal basic brands you would find in a supermarket). It didn’t smell particularly fresh in the reception area and the restroom wasn’t particularly clean. The massage was hard - despite some requests to soften (I wanted a relaxing massage but got a deep-tissue or sports type massage), it was way too much to the point of being painful. One day after my visit, my muscles feel bruised. I would have appreciated more privacy when showering after the body scrub. This was the first time ever that a massage therapist came in to the room when I was having a shower and was drying. I felt uncomfortable if I’m honest. On paper, the price is reasonable but considering the average quality of the products, a lack of personalisation for the massage, and the overall look and feel of the premises, I wouldn’t pay the same again. Sadly, if you’re looking for something at the higher end in terms of quality, attention to detail, and luxurious products, this place is not for you. I won’t be visiting again.

5 /5 Jools: I have been here Twice, Both massages the ladies went above and beyond — especially towards the end. Let’s just say you’ll walk out very, very relaxed. One wednesday i had a polish lady she was good and one Friday a Thai lady who was exceptional all my needs were met. (£40 extra from both) My aches and stiffnesses all solved.

1 /5 Rad Basirat: My partner and I visited this massage place expecting a relaxing and professional experience, but unfortunately, it was anything but that. From the moment we arrived, the environment felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. The staff lacked proper communication and did not create a safe or welcoming space for us. We both felt uneasy throughout the session, and there were several moments where we questioned the training and professionalism of the therapists. This was not the therapeutic or calming experience we were hoping for — instead, it left us feeling stressed and disappointed. I would not recommend this place, especially to couples or anyone expecting a respectful, professional atmosphere.

5 /5 Dom: First time visiting Beauty Spot Richmond and the service is incredible. Amy took extra care to make sure I was comfortable as this was the first time I’ve ever had waxing before, thankfully it wasn’t as painful as I thought it was going to be! The facilities are immaculately clean as well so it’s clear everything here is of a high standard. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. 5 Stars, Highly recommend. Thank you.
