TOP nail and beauty salon - (Near Southwark, UK)

1 /5 N G: Really disappointed with this salon. My nails started chipping just two days after getting them done, which is ridiculous for the price. When I went back to ask for a quick fix (especially as I had an engagement that evening), I was refused and completely dismissed. No effort made to help, even though I’ve been a regular paying customer. The youngest nail tech in particular is rude, has zero customer service, and makes you feel unwelcome. She never offers me a drink, not even water, yet I’ve seen her offer it to others. It’s unprofessional, inconsistent, and honestly just bad attitude. I left feeling disregarded and won’t be coming back.

5 /5 Marisa Dickman: Such an absolutely lovely salon. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Loki did an amazing job on my biab nails! It is hard to find a good salon in London so Top nail is a blessing. Would definitely recommend this place!

5 /5 Ella Mae Bryant: Van always does the most incredible nails. She pays so much attention to detail and I leave so happy every single time. The quality is incredible and my nails always last for 3+ weeks (they could stay on longer I just love switching up the colour)!
