1 /5 Trenyce S: To give even one star feels generous for the mistreatment I experienced with Saima. The customer service and accountability were very poor. I explained that I was unhappy with the lash service I received. The set was left sparse as she removed lashes after i had said they were too long but did not replace lashes and, upon a second opinion, i was left with not even a full set. I raised my disappointment before leaving the salon, and while Saima initially agreed to rectify the issue on another date, she later informed me via text that I would need to pay extra for her to do so. This additional charge was never mentioned at the time. Sadly, my experience reflects a lack of professionalism, care, and respect for customers.
