Laurent Jones I have been a member of Third space for almost 2 years. I’ve trained at many of the London locations, as well as used their sports / recovery facilities. I can conclusively say that Wimbledon Third Space has the best training space in terms of equipment, space, busyness at a minimal (even at peak times), and their recovery / sports facilities are second to none.
The hydro pool, steam room, sauna, and cold plunge is perfect for recovery and has helped dramatically combatting long covid for myself and couldn’t recommend it enough. The physio’s are also exceptional in treating any injuries, and I’ve found all members of staff very warm and welcoming.
I have recently been working with Matt Fossey, an exceptional PT at Third Space Wimbledon. He is always incredibly understanding, warm and tailors the program heavily to the individual he is working with. He is always there outside of hours if I have any questions, always makes space for me given my complicated work schedule and in general just a fantastic PT to work with.
Since working with Matt, I’ve improved my body composition, strength, muscle mass, mobility, vo2 max, cardio recovery - and most importantly, my motivation for the gym has come back after reaching a plateau that seemed impossible to break for a year.
Overall, a terrific gym with very warm and experienced staff. Highly recommend Matt Fossey as a PT, and the Wimbledon club in general!
