5 /5 Jo: Very kind and customer friendly. I made a mistake with what I booked but they were very accommodating. I had a back massage and it was exactly what I needed!! Can definitely recommend.

1 /5 Earth Maya “mayaearth”: I had an appointment booked here today for electrolysis. I just called them to double check the time. The lady on the phone asked me if Ive been there before, to which I anwsered that it was my first time. Her response was that theyre not taking new clients anymore, and that they wouldnt have been able to treat me if i showed up to my appointment today and that i needed a patch test first anyway, so i asked if i could come for a patch test instead and her anwser was categorically no! theyre not accepting new clients. I was confused to why they booked me in the first place. The lady on the phone apologised and hang off the phone in a hurry. If I havent called them first to double check my booking, I wouldve showen up to the salon only to be been turned away. They had a whole week to call me and cancel it. Im very disappointed especially that I booked the time off work to do this treatment, a complete waste of time.

5 /5 Natalie Tuckwell: Tiny by name but big on customer satisfaction! My haircut was by Louise (Saturdays only). She really works hard to give you the cut you need, with many years of experience (she is also a technician at a nearby college on the beauty courses). In this part of London a portion of what youre paying for in a haircut or beauty treatment is the rent on the salon location, so by having a small premises, Tiny can offer you a great saving with a quality service.

5 /5 Juli Bel: Today I visited Tiny Hair and Beauty for the first time for a facial. And I can say with confidence that it was one of the best facials I ever had, I felt very welcomed, the facial made me very relaxed and the whole procedure was very enjoyable! I highly recommend it and already booked my next session!
