The receptionist was extremely polite and offered me a complimentary beverage. I chose a cappuccino, and it definitely wasn’t instant coffee, which already gave me high hopes!
My nail technician was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. She gave me helpful tips on how to keep my natural nails happy and healthy during and my BIAB (Builder in a bottle ) treatment, and she will be helping me grow all my nails to the same length so they look even better over time. The pedicure was luxurious and deeply relaxing. The products used worked immediately, leaving my winter-battered feet in far better condition than when I arrived.
There was sterilising equipment everywhere, which really reassured me and made me feel I was in excellent hands. I left feeling thoroughly pampered and confident that I’ll be a returning customer.
Prices were very reasonable and I can only encourage newcomers to book well in advance. I can already tell that Elegance Beauty & Aesthetics is going to become a very popular York Road favourite. I’m definitely looking forward to trying out their facials, foot wax treatments and waxing services.
