Went to get my henna done and the ladies were so rude and lied, constantly kept talking in another language but didn’t know I understood them they were saying all sorts of things not only about me but about the other customers. they changed their prices right at the end after the services were completed just so we were forced to pay it. NEVER GOING BACK!! If I could give minus stars this would certainly get it

1 /5 Mukaddas Nurnazarova: The worst waxing ever!! Got burnt again!!! Decided to give a second chance since new girls joined, but got burnt again. I did say before start to be careful as I have a sensitive skin. Done underarm, again burnt!!! Just before holiday!!!! I am so angry to myself, why did I do that to myself. Half leg waxing done too, but very poorly!!! Not all hair gone as she was trying to be quick! I usually do it myself much more cleaner!!! But I had no time . Very poorly job.. used to do my eyebrows often, but not anymore! No even apologies, both underarms are burned!!!

2 /5 Megan B: Terrible. Went in for replacement acrylic on toes and paint less than a week ago my toe has cracked in half. Unprofessional talking about you in front of you in their own language thinking you don’t know, three of them to do one toe and almost an hour and a half —- avoid!
