5 /5 Georgia Dessin: Absolutely loved Sophia’s classes - felt much stronger in just a few weeks and a wonderful space and community of mums to meet up with babies - I’d highly recommend, Sophia was really knowledgeable and creates a friendly, non-judgmental space to do practice pilates!

Sophia is very knowledgeable in her field and is passionate about helping women feel stronger post-natal. Her in person classes are a great way to get back into exercise, whilst getting to know other mums in the area and allowing your baby to interact with other little ones. Sophia also offers 1 on 1 sessions including reformer sessions where you can bring your baby along. Sophia is excellent at helping you with your baby to make sure you make the most of your session with her.

5 /5 Kate Still: Absolutely adored Sophia’s classes! The level of difficulty was perfect, and adjusted for everyone’s needs and abilities in a really comfortable way. Sophia made us all feel so welcome, was soooo helpful with the babies (especially when I was trying to juggle twins!) and was supportive and encouraging throughout. These classes were the highlight of my week, can’t wait to sign up to the next level.

5 /5 Jade Redfern: Post-natal Pilates with Sophia has been just what I’ve needed! I’ve always been active but having recently had my 3rd baby, I knew I needed to ‘put my body back’ together again! I feel safe and comfortable in her sessions and feel like in a short space of time my strength is coming back! I recommend joining Sophia’s classes without any hesitation! She is fantastic!
