Liam Marsh Excellent gym, great range of equipment, however the standout thing about this Gym is its coaches, they are full invested in you from beginning to end creating a fantastic environment to train in.

Hayley Hatfield I visited the leisure Centre this Saturday to take my granddaughter swimming, I can say the service I was given by the young lady was out standing on Reception ( around 13.30 ). I really couldn’t have asked for more help than I was given. Thank you. We had a lovely time, I was surprised that no floats were on offer as it was for non swimmers. The pool was clean as were changing rooms . We will definitely come again .

Lee Blackburn 1st Class gym with the community to go with it! My son and I joined and were instantly made to feel welcome, with staff and members alike willing to help and give advice. The standard and range of equipment is second to none and even when the gym is busy, there’s enough to go around. I would highly recommend AM to anyone, whether they are just starting out or an experienced gym goer.

Arran Mehtam Thank you to Dom and his friends who made me feel so welcome at this lovely gym. Always someone there to spot me when needed and everybody is so nice and friendly. Machines are good and shower facilities also good. Nice water too. Love the Isle of White because of places like this and one day I will live here permanently for a while. For now though I return to Birmingham. Cheers guys look forwards to seeing you again whenever that is.

Holly Been a member less then a year and wouldnt go anywhere else! Always upgrading and adding new equipment. The owner and PTs are very welcoming, always around for any advice/help. Womens area is under expansion and they are adding more equipment! The suggestion box is always being answered, very clean and well looked after gym. So much equipment you dont have to wait around for machines. Few pictures of the new equipment thats recently been added.
