The Tardis Gymnasium - (Near Hillingdon, UK)

Tonia Drysdale Saw this branch on my way home. Asked the young man if they had the mountain climber and inner/outer thigh machine. Yes to both. Used the gym the next day and it was absolutely the best. He welcomed me and took me to the bar as said I wanted to stretch. Got me a step platform to help me up. Showed me where to shower etc. I had such a good time and wished it was my local branch. Very clean, air conditioned, cleaning stations dotted about, everything worked and had purpose. Highly recommend this branch. Sadly its to far to travel to every day. I have handed in my notice to my local branch as no benefit going where equipment is lacking. They actually have equipment that nobody uses, which is pointless.

Mada strojny I joined this gym at the end of September, about 10 weeks ago, and I already feel like I’ve been part of it for much longer. I use their semi-private training service (one trainer with up to three people), and I really love it. It feels much more personal and community-focused compared to big commercial gyms. In just 10 weeks, I’ve already noticed improvements in my muscle strength and overall well-being. The trainers are incredibly friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable, and the people who come to train are also great. It honestly feels like I’ve known them for ages. I’m very happy I joined—highly recommended!

Annie C Had a 6 hour layover at Heathrow, was able to get there easily from the A10 bus in twenty minutes, do a nice little workout for a reasonable price, had showers, sauna, pool. Not a huge facility in terms of gym equipment honestly but absolutely perfect for what I needed.

Arron S 5 stars! Ive been going to Bloom every week for a while now, and Im consistently blown away by the quality of their work. The barbers are skilled, friendly, and always make sure I look and feel my best. From fades to trims, they get it right every time. The shop is clean, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

K P It is an aesthetically pleasing gym with all the necessary equipment to target specific muscle groups. Appreciate the help of Jay whom Ive been working with since the start of the year. I’d happily recommend it to anyone willing to move from commercial gyms to private gyms.
