Michelle Adodo Joining Reformer Pilates has been such a positive experience for me, both mentally and physically. Every session feels fun and motivating, and I love how it challenges my body in new ways. Being able to follow the videos and move at my own pace makes the classes feel relaxed and pressure-free. The instructors are incredibly supportive and welcoming, and it’s clear they genuinely love what they do. Their encouragement and guidance make each session something I truly to look forward to! Pilates is definitely my favourite exercise and a life changing experience for me!

Prachi Priyadarshini When I started I was quite pleased with it. My induction class was good, I tried a few spin classes and they were fun too. Some of the PTs seemed friendly which is a bonus. The bathrooms and changing rooms are also kept clean. However, in the past few months I’ve noticed the services decline. A few weeks ago the AC was not working and it felt like working out in a sauna, it felt like there was no ventilation which felt like an awful thing during peak time when it was packed with people. That took a couple of days to get fixed. Recently, the gym was flooded in certain areas, and they eventually closed the gym again to fix it. It’s now been 7 days of the gym being closed… it wasn’t a planned closure which was communicated ahead of time. The fact that we have to still pay full while a fourth or more of the month the gym isn’t even open is not okay. Many of these factors completely disrupt my fitness routine and the basic quality of gym service you should be getting. Allowing access to other gyms while this one is shut down for days is still inconvenient because not all of us can accommodate that. The gym is also not 24/7 which a lot of others pointed out too and that makes it difficult because you have to plan your day around the gym rather than the other way around. Overall I echo other reviewers sentiments on school-going / younger groups of kids sitting idly on machines and chatting with friends for 30 mins. If you ask some of them how many sets they have left, you usually have to wait for the whole group to be done. Some people look offended if you ask them how many sets they have left even when they’ve just been sitting and scrolling on their phones and not using the machine. I’ve also had a run-in with a rude trainer recently but I can’t say that they’re all the same - I’ve had some good initial conversations with Frank and Leyla and if you look at the other reviews you’ll figure that it’s only the good PTs and decent equipment keeping this gym alive.

S R This is hands down the best gym Ive ever been to. Its small but mighty and packs a punch with all of the great fitness classes and community spirit. I love it and Id recommend it to any ladies who want to get a good workout on in a safe and warm-spirited environment.

Philip Bloom Really enjoyed my first ever Pilates (Reform) class. Instructor was professional, welcoming, knowledgable, understanding and very pleasant! I would definitely recommend class to novices like myself and the studio to friends/family who are either looking to start or continue to practicing Pilates or yoga. For me Pilates is what I am looking for (building stability, core strength, new way of exercising and to compliment everything else I am trying to achieve with my health journey)!
