I visited this salon as a walk in and was seated immediately, which I appreciated at first. However, about five minutes later, a client with a booking arrived and was also seated. From that point on, my appointment felt extremely rushed.
The technician was aggressive with my hands, did not ask me what shape or length I wanted, and moved through the service very quickly. While speed can sometimes be a positive, in this case it resulted in poor quality. My left and right hands looked completely different, with one set of nails noticeably chunkier than the other.
I left the salon feeling really upset, but I did go back in to ask if they could correct the nails. Unfortunately, I was told that it was my fault for not explaining what I wanted, even though I was happy with my left hand and only unhappy with the right, which doesn’t really make sense. Several excuses were given for why the nails looked uneven.
They did attempt to file them down, which improved them slightly, but overall I was still very unhappy with both the result and the experience.
I wouldn’t recommend this salon to new clients or to anyone looking for a calm, attentive, and high-quality nail service.
