Its a brilliant studio which offers foundation, control and burn classes, so you can build your strength and confidence depending on wherever youd like to start. Having never done reformer before and as a complete beginner, I found that the instructors are all so incredibly lovely and extremely helpful throughout the classes. Pilates is a great way to take care of your body and mind - I couldnt recommend TPM more!
