4 /5 Sara: I have been coming to this salon for 5+ years, I love the nails every time. Overall, most of the nail techs are quite good at creating what you want. There are a few that I absolutely do not like their work and their customer service, but the rest are absolutely amazing. They all do speak in their language quite a lot and make jokes across the room, which is very disrespectful and uncomfortable. Another thing I don’t like is that they switch clients all the time, it’s very frustrating because in general you’re going to spend 1 hour there to do the nails, but then end up close to 2 hours because they switch around and make you wait while doing something else, instead of just focusing on 1 client only. But anyway, their art and pricing makes it worth it.
