Gill Birmingham Have to give Ellie 5 stars. I was looking for an appointment for next day as I just got to that point with my hair!!! Not only was Ellie straight back to give me an app for the next day, but when I arrived she was so helpful with great advice and suggestions. This was my first visit, but def not the last. I had hair well past my shoulders which I was so fed up with and wanted a shaggy, choppy style Bob. Ellie took her time and honestly gave me the best cut iv had in years. Did exactly what I wanted, with no pushy trying to sell products. I 100% recommend Ellie.

Theresa made her feel very welcome and she had a lovely, good-quality selection of small earrings for little ears! She took her time to get the position correct but quickly pierced my daughters ears, fuss-free! We have a very happy daughter today - thank you for making the occasion special for her.
