1 /5 JINFANG HU: This is the first time I’ve left a negative review for a nail salon. The nails started peeling in less than a week, which clearly indicates a quality issue. Although the salon arranged a redo, the overall experience was still very disappointing. The nail technician was unfriendly and showed little professionalism during the service. The work was done carelessly, with uneven polish application and poor attention to detail. This is the only nail salon I’ve visited where both the quality of the work and the level of service were disappointing. I will not be returning.

5 /5 Pham Thu Hang: I had a wonderful experience at this nail shop. The salon was clean, cozy and beautifully decorated which looked like Korea beauty shop and they had a wide selection of colours and designs to choose. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They gave me helpful advice about the condition of my nails really appreciated. I got an acrylic manicure with design and a pedicure both of them turned out perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality nail services.

2 /5 Stephanie Soloman Lewis: Treated myself to a gel mani on my first day in London. The salon was cute, clean, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, just two days later, several nails on my non-dominant hand were already severely chipped. I usually do my own nails when I’m not traveling, so I suspect the issue was with the prep since the products used were high quality. I was busy sightseeing and didn’t have the chance to return during business hours to get it fixed.
