5 /5 Ophelia Mensah: I went for lashes and was very pleased with the service. Lucido had done my lashes, I was unsure of which style I wanted but she picked the perfect style for me. All the staff members were lovely and welcoming. Will definitely be going back again :)

1 /5 Ayesha Mustafa: Came to this place around 8 times for eyelash extensions, was going well the first couple of times, but I would still come almost every week from bad retention and from the eyelashes irritating my eyes as they were poorly places and were going sideways. I then done a soak off and new set with LUDO, and the picture is what I saw the day after. She had stuck several eyelashes to my actual eyelid and I got a few burn/blisters from the glue. I was still coming every week after this as they were still falling incredibly fast. The last time I went after going every week and spending £260 in that month alone, one of the girls said they couldn’t do it anymore and that I needed to see a chemist. So she took me to one and they said it was an injection and until now, 3 weeks later I’m still treating this infection. There was 6 lashes stuck to my actual eyelid that I had to yank out so I could treat it. Until now I’m treating my eye condition and my lashes are in poor health. I’ve been doing my lashes for years this is the first time this happens to me. When I got the infection I called the owner and the last one time I went she was supposed to be there, she wasn’t. After one of the girls took me to chemist she was speaking to her and she said she’ll call me the following day. Until now, three weeks later I haven’t heard from her. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, very bad lash hygiene and they didn’t even care what happened to me. 1 /5 Eesha: VERY bad quality nails. Unarguably the worst set I have ever had in years of getting nails done. The salon is great from the outside and the staff are very sweet and friendly. But ultimately what you are paying for is the service and quality and there is none of that here unfortunately. My nail lady was very kind and polite however it was evident that she did not know what she was doing and barely used the nail drill to buff out and perfect the shape of the nails. The thinnest layer of acrylic was used and the shape was hardly fixed. Everywhere else I have been have used the drill at every step of the way, but the drill was barely picked up hence the uneven and amateur shape of the nails. They turned out very thin and crooked which led to them breaking and chipping within the first week. I thought it was unusual but did not raise the issue as I did not make much of it. But I called up around 2 weeks later when 75% of my nails were chipped and the lady just asked me to come in for another set at half price (I would still have to pay), with no guarantee that this set would be any better than the last. Rather than trying to fix the issue, she argued with me that I was the one in the wrong by waiting so long to raise the issue. It is so disappointing to see that they do not value their customers and blame them instead of owning up to their faults. Would not recommend. Not worth the money or disappointment. Do your research and go to smaller boutiques or more experienced nail places.

1 /5 JC Ramos: Had my lashes done last week and the next day it was already falling off! And after how many days its almost gone now. And even how it was put in the beginning was uneven. Ludo was fine and nice but she was unprofessional, using her phone while doing the treatment always pausing, maybe thats why the treatment was not the quality i expected. Very disappointed as my first one with them was really good.

5 /5 Saint Aymes: Firstly this is a beautifully designed salon that is certainly an experience. The owner is really nice, professional and talented. The attention to detail that has gone into the space is second to none. I went there during COVID tier 3 and standard of cleanliness was amazing. The technician who worked on my eyelashes was on time, she moved quickly but did a fabulous job. My lashes are holding up well and I cannot wait to go back to get my nails done or experience any one of the other treatments they have to offer.
