In the past year my strength and endurance has vastly improved and I am the fittest I have ever been. Its hard work but its fun - I am officially hooked!

There are different styles of class so you can get variety in your work out and the gym has a great community of members. Would definitely recommend

Fizzah Bhatti I have been doing pole fitness for 2 years now and my strength, confidence and flexibility has completely changed. Going to the gym VS pole fitness has enhanced my upper body especially. Maxine and Brenda are excellent teachers who always push and encourage you to try new things and show you what youre capable of. The classes is completely diverse with all ages, strengths and sizes- everyone is very supportive and makes you feel very comfortable and confident.
Susannah Lawson I absolutely love attending classes here! Such a friendly environment, great atmosphere and most importantly, a brilliant workout with great instructors! I always start my weekend with Saturday am class which is perfect, and if I am around, during the week. 30 minute classes at lunchtime are so great when working from home. Highly recommended! A brilliant addition to Windsor and makes living here even better!

Alicia Bunn I’ve been attending Bootcamp since May 2023, I joined the group on a trial and have never looked back! It’s such a friendly group of people and inclusive of all ages and fitness levels.
Each session is different but always fun and challenging. Solange is an amazing instructor, she is so dedicated and brings so much energy to the sessions.
I feel much fitter and generally better in myself and would recommend Bootcamp UK to anyone considering signing up.
